2.A printing company has a machine that binds books. The probability that a defective book is produced is 0.001. Find the odds of choosing a defective book at random from 10,000 books.

Adobe RGB or sRGB????HELP! I know you know the answer?
I am confused on the whole Adobe RGB and sRGB. I know that Adobe RGB is used for printing (like through a printing company) and can be set on the camera as well as in Photoshop. I also know that if you try to upload it to the web as Adobe RGB your images turn out pale. My question is which should I be using to edit shots that will be viewed on the web and may or may not be chosen for print?
Also, should I shoot in Adobe RGB or sRGB?
Thanks!!!!
Thanks! Well, I will be printing with a professional online printing for clients.
Christians, Which do you choose (part 2): Christianity or Paulianity?
Saul/Paul had set out initially to subvert Jesus’ teachings. Later he used his new doctrines to undermine the power of the Jewish church as well as the defied Roman Emperor. Paul sought to torpedo Judaism in its calcified form, its narrow interpretation of the Judaic law. He steered Christ’s teachings away from monotheism and from the Jews, (the lost sheep of Israel) and directed these teachings in a corrupted form to Non-Jews…As Jesus had not succeeded during his mission in converting the majority of his Jewish brothers and sister to his divinely inspired interpretations of Judaism, Paul ensured that after Jesus had departed, that Jews would not be temped to follow Jesus’ Teachings. To this end, Paul so adulterated Jesus’ life, purpose, mission and claims to make the new dogma (Paul’s version of Jesus’ teachings) repugnant to the Jews. How to promote my custom freshener company?
(Serious answers only, please)
Looking for suggestions to further grow a small business that I started 2 years ago. I have tried ads in the paper, and networking at chamber of commerce meeting, but no big luck. Most business is by word of mouth. I have a few contracts that came from those who found the website. I offer a referral bonus to people.
Looking to be more recognized by clients and advertising agencies as a cost-effective solution for unique promotions.

Business Card Printing only, not design?
I’ve got my own business card layout exactly the way it should be, don’t need help in designing or formatting a card, just need to print.
I have a good printer, but even the best homemade business cards still suck, in my experience. So looking for recommendations for cheap online business card printing companies, where you can upload your own complete template and have them just print it out. All the ones I’ve found you have to choose one of their designs.
My company has asked employees for cost-cutting ideas. What do you think of my ideas so far?
Pass on at least 30% more of monthly health insurance premium costs to the employee. (NOTE: I think doing away with health insurance would be a huge mistake, especially since some employees have “pre-existing conditions” and would not be able to have health insurance otherwise.)
Reduce PTO accrual rates by at least a couple of hours per pay period.
Have staff take one “furlough day” (or Leave Without Pay) per year. (Cost example: If a staff person makes in an eight-hour work period, that is x 100 staff people which would equal a savings of at least ,000 a year.) Two “furlough days” would save at least ,000 a year.
Cross-train people in related departments (example: cross-train Medical Records staff in Data Processing, and vice-versa). Use these people where needed most at crucial times.
Use Century Gothic font in Word documents (research has shown that this font saves lots of ink).
Change print settings as follows: Click Print – click Advanced on top right of page – on left side, click “Fast/Economical Printing” – on right side, on Print Quality choose Fast Draft – on right side, on Print In Grayscale choose Black Ink Only – Click OK – Click Options (on lower left) – Check the Draft Output box – Click OK – then Print.
Have an agency-wide garage sale with employees contributing items. Proceeds would go towards the agency building improvement fund.
How do I get info on 'publish-on-demand' choices?
I am looking to publish a book on foster care and adoption and I have just learned about ‘publish-on-demand’ and I think this would be a good way to get my book into print. However, there are tons of sites that offer this service. Is there anyone out there who has had experience with this or could help guide me in choosing a reputable company that isn’t a rip-off?

Pass on at least 25% more of monthly health insurance premium costs to the employee (if an individual plan currently costs an employee 0 a month, that would be more pay paycheck, or a savings of 0 per year per person. Multiply this by the number of people who are participating in the health insurance plan.) (NOTE: I think doing away with health insurance would be a huge mistake, especially since some employees have “pre-existing conditions” and would not be able to have health insurance otherwise.)

If possible, switch to liability insurance only on all agency vehicles.

Is it legal for a car insurance company to refuse cash as payment?
I recently bought a vehicle off my uncle and he had Geico insurance on it. Rather then spending time looking for another company I chose to stay with them and simply turn over the policy holder from him to I. I liked the low monthly payment but yesterday I went to the office to pay my insurance payment. Upon getting there I gave the associate 5 bills in payment of .16. She gave them back and said we can’t take cash due to the fact we are afraid of being robbed. It will have to be money order only. My question is, is this legal? Let me clarify that in the state of Tennessee you are required by law to have at least liability car insurance and if you don’t you can be cited by ticket. I was quite upset as I had driven 50 miles to the nearest office to change it over and again yesterday to make payment. Should I have to pay a fee for a money order just for THEIR security purposes to obtain a service which is required by law? I know people debate the term "legal tender" and "public and private debts" but surely this applies to anything which requires money of you. Going to the store and buying a new TV is one thing as you dont have to have it and certainly can refuse to pay it without debt. However if you refuse to pay car insurance the coverage can be dropped and they can bill what you owed as a debt. Is it THEN that the tiny inscription printed on a dollar bill is valid? I know businesses can refuse to accept large amount of money in the form of pennies or say 0 in ones but surely 5 bills at is not what the so called "penny law" had in mind. Is there a way around this or is the legality of it that they have the right to refuse any form of cash?
