You aren’t going to find commercial modeling agencies in SC. The vast majority of commercial print work is shot in NY or LA, or to a much lesser extent Miami, Chicago or SF. In SC you are pretty much going to be limited to local business, most of which don’t even use agencies to find models. All I can suggest if you are not willing to move to NY or LA is that you look for local businesses that use models in their ads, and contact them to find out how they find their models

Start with Wilhelmina, Ford and such.. find out when and where they have them.
