Cincinnati Prographics Printing

I am trying to come up with a fair commission style pay scale for a commercial blueprint reader. We are a painting company, and get prints ranging anywhere from 1k-75k dollars. All this person will be doing is reading the prints and generating the price, we will be putting together the bid pakage.
